What is SPC flooring?

SPC stands for Stone Plastic Composite. It is a vinyl floor built on a rigid core of limestone powder and polymer. The dense core keeps planks dimensionally stable and stops the board absorbing water, and a clear wear layer protects the printed surface. It installs with a glue-free click-lock system.

What is the difference between SPC and ordinary vinyl?

The difference is in the core. SPC has a rigid core, so planks stay more stable and are usually floated with a click-lock system. Flexible vinyl is slimmer, softer underfoot, quieter to walk on, and normally glued down. Because it is flexible, the finished result depends heavily on how flat the subfloor is.

What is a WPC wall panel?

A WPC wall panel is a wall cladding made from wood fibre combined with polymer (Wood Plastic Composite). Its ridged profile gives the wall texture and depth. It tolerates humidity better than solid timber panelling and is often used for feature walls in living rooms, reception areas and showrooms.

What is PVC board used for?

PVC board is a rigid PVC sheet that can be cut, drilled and screwed like a timber panel, but does not absorb water. It is typically used for wall cladding, light partitions and other interior components that carry no structural load.

Are SPC and vinyl floors waterproof?

The core material does not absorb water, so the planks will not swell the way a wood-based floor can. It is worth knowing, though, that joints between planks and the edges of the room can still let standing water reach the floor beneath. Wipe up spills promptly. For permanently wet areas, talk to our team before deciding.

Can I request a sample?

Do you carry out site surveys?

Yes. A site survey lets us measure the area, check the condition of the existing floor, and estimate how much material is needed. Availability and scheduling depend on your location, so contact us with the project address.

Do you also install?

We can arrange an installation team, or work alongside a contractor you have already appointed. The scope of installation work is agreed per project and stated on the quotation. Tell us what you need and we will prepare a quotation to match.

How much does it cost?

We do not publish prices on the website, because the price depends on the product, the quantity, the delivery location and the scope of work. Prices are given in a written quotation. Contact our team with the product, the approximate area and your location.

Can you deliver outside Greater Jakarta?

We deliver to locations across Indonesia. Availability, cost and lead time depend on the destination, the order size and vehicle access at the site. Contact us with the delivery address and approximate area for an estimate.

How do I look after an SPC or vinyl floor?

Sweep or vacuum regularly to lift the grit that scratches a surface, then mop with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaner. Avoid standing water, abrasives and harsh solvents. Fit felt pads under furniture and put mats at entrances.

Does the old floor have to be removed first?

Not always. SPC can be floated over an existing floor as long as the surface is flat, dry and clean. If the old floor is uneven, undulating or damp, it needs preparation first. We check that during the survey and tell you what is required.
