Where we deliver

We deliver to locations across Indonesia. Availability and cost depend on the destination, the size of the order, and vehicle access at the site.

Timing

Delivery dates are agreed at the time of order and stated on the quotation or order confirmation. We tell you as soon as we know if a schedule needs to change.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated from the destination and the volume, and shown as a separate line on the quotation before you accept it. Nothing is added afterwards that was not on the quotation.

Receiving the material

Please check the quantity and condition of the material at handover. Report any shortfall or transit damage to us the same day so we can act on it quickly.
