What we collect

We collect only what you send us yourself through the contact form or a product enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the product you are interested in, and the content of your message.

The site also sets a technical session cookie that the forms need in order to work securely. It is not used for advertising and does not follow you to other sites.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to answer your enquiry, to prepare any quotation or sample you asked for, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not use them for anything else without your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers we use to operate this website — hosting and email delivery — to the extent required, or where we are obliged to disclose it under Indonesian law.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed for correspondence and ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details on this site.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to submitted enquiries is limited to authorised staff. No system is entirely without risk, and we will tell you if an incident affects your data.

Your rights
